Our commitment begins with Registered Dietitian Sabrina Monteiro and our Chef, who may consult individually with students that have food allergies.
Our culinary and kitchen teams are educated on various food allergies and sensitivities, including training to prevent cross-contamination and taking the management of food allergies seriously.
We are committed to helping our customers make healthy choices as well as ensuring that tasty, natural foods are available at all campus eating locations. A registered Dietitian is available online to address our customer’s questions and concerns regarding their nutrition and dietary needs.
